In early 2015, Studio ZAT officially started operating. At first, the studio focused only on acting techniques, as time passed, the demand increased for other technical skills besides acting workshops; accordingly Studio ZAT developed its services to include all aspects related to filmmaking and theater through a number of specialized and integrated workshops. The Studio has also entered the field of theater production. ZAT team grew in experience in coaching professional actors, as Shady Khalaf has trained actors on the Emirati TV show Oud Akhdar.Studio ZAT began offering this service to film production companies and TV dramas that require special trainings for their actors, in addition to offering casting and audition services. The studio also organizes acting workshops for children, through which Studio ZAT came up with a brand new concept in Egypt. At the level of international and Arab films industry, Studio ZAT became a partner in the Arab Cinema Center (ACC) that is an international promotional platform for Arab cinema in international events. Studio ZAT had a strong presence within the Center in a number of the most important festivals including; the Berlin International Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival and Dubai International Film Festival.


Studio ZAT offers specialized workshops for amateur and professional actors to advance their craft, through providing affordable and professional trainings with a scientific, creative process & affordable fees. It also aims at establishing partnerships with professional local, regional & international artists for co-production. It extended its services to include all aspects related to filmmaking & theatre through integrated workshops. It offers casting and audition services along with low budget production & final projects production for every workshop.


Studio ZAT is aiming to become a real supporter for new cinematic, theatrical or independent artistic projects. The studio is working hard on enlarging its community and building a liberal arts venue for all amateurs and professionals.
